These Passport Scarves are hand-woven and hand-dyed in Nepal and are the ultimate travel accessory.  Our special felted cashmere is more durable than regular featherweight cashmere, and therefore can hold up better while on the road.  They offer lightweight warmth when you need to wrap up on a cold plane, but also work well as versatile scarves, shawls, and even beach cover-ups. 

About our felted cashmere:

The weavers "dress" the loom in a width that is greater than the finished size, and make it longer, too. The resulting fabric is then felted by hand, which involves washing and gentle agitation to aid in the interlocking of the very fine cashmere fibers. This process adds bulk, softness and loft to the finished scarf.
